CHELSEA GIRLS REMAKE, 2016

Directed by Núria Gómez Gabriel
[Web Cinematics Festival, Fabra i Coats 2016]

This performative remake of Chelsea Girls (Andy Warhol, 1966) highlights the randomness of everyday situations as an inevitable way for encounter and coincidence. The project intends to reveal the link between the behaviors of daily life and representations established through cinematographic images, in other words, how the film industry affects the performativity of our lives.
