Rrose Sélavy is my alter ego as a painter who gives life to projects that have no connection to the labyrinths of the mind or the world of words. To Rrose, painting’s a language that allows time to be transformed into nonlinear instances in which the act of creation occurs by itself, with its own strength and rhythm; pervading canvases with the experience of color, shape and gesture to describe a reality in which time and perception are alive.
